Frequently asked questions
Which industries can use Timnaro?
Timnaro is designed for hair and beauty salons, practices, therapy and coaching, auto repair workshops, restaurants, consultants and other local service businesses.
Can I embed the booking form on my website?
Yes. Embedding, logo and colour customisation are available with Enterprise and Professional. Starter can customise text.
Can customers choose a preferred staff member?
Yes, per service. You also define which staff members are eligible to deliver that service.
What are the staff limits?
Starter allows one staff profile, Enterprise and Tester allow three, and Professional is unlimited. The tenant owner does not count as staff.
Can appointments require approval?
Yes. A requested time is reserved and the customer is told that final confirmation is pending.
Can I import Outlook, Apple or Google calendars?
Yes, through private ICS/iCal URLs or a one-time .ics file. Imported busy times block public booking.
Can Professional users mark invoices as paid?
Yes. Payment date and an optional reference are recorded manually. Overdue invoices are highlighted.
Are reminders sent automatically by SMS?
The current advertised feature is email confirmation and email reminders. SMS is not presented as an available Timnaro feature.
What happens after a Professional downgrade?
Existing invoice PDFs remain readable, while all new or modifying Professional actions are disabled server-side.
Can a tenant delete its account?
The owner confirms a security email and waits at least 48 hours. Timnaro sends an encrypted final archive before active tenant data is removed.
