Calendar connections
Publish Timnaro bookings through a private iCal feed and import external busy times through a private ICS/iCal source or a one-time file upload.
Two directions
The calendar centre explains both directions and gives provider-specific setup instructions.
Subscribe from Outlook, Apple Calendar or Google Calendar using a private read-only feed.
Timnaro periodically imports a private calendar URL and removes busy slots from public availability.
Upload a calendar export when migrating from another system.
By default, only start, end, status and a technical event ID are stored.
Set-up
Connect the calendar that contains the appointments that must block availability.
Check winter, summer, all-day and multi-day events.
Include an exception that was moved or cancelled.
Treat feed URLs like access keys and rotate them if they become public.
FAQ
Timnaro uses two separate standards-based flows: a read-only export feed and an external busy-time import. It does not claim Microsoft Graph or Google OAuth editing in this version.
Timnaro controls its own import interval. Outlook, Apple and Google decide how often they refresh a subscribed Timnaro feed.
No. Cancelled events and events marked as free are excluded from blocking.
