Online booking system
Timnaro shows only times that match opening hours, recurring blocks, staff calendars, external busy events, resource capacity and service rules.
Per-service control
Configure each appointment type independently instead of applying one set of rules to the entire business.
Set duration, lead time, booking horizon and availability rules.
Choose who may deliver a service and whether customers can select a preferred person.
Reserve the requested time and let the tenant approve or reject it before final confirmation.
Collect service-specific details and, where enabled, encrypted attachments.
Customer experience
The left panel presents appointment types, descriptions and optional prices.
The calendar displays only server-validated available slots.
Customers add contact details, party size, resource selection, invoice request or custom answers.
The final step summarises the booking, privacy information, provider terms and approval status.
Capacity
A booking may reserve one staff member, multiple places, a table, room, device or another limited resource. Capacity is checked again inside the final transaction.
Website integration
Every tenant can share a public booking link. Enterprise and Professional can add branding and embed the responsive flow in their own website.
